Pickup and Waiting Policy For Transfers Originating From LIR Airport
After landing, your driver will wait for you to clear immigration, claim your luggage, and go through customs.
If the wait time after landing exceeds 180 minutes, an additional waiting fee of $10 per 30-minute increment may apply.
If your flight is delayed, the driver will monitor it and adjust the pickup time at no additional charge.
Flight Delays
The company actively monitors flights and will adjust the pick-up time for delays without penalties.
In the event of a missed flight, passengers must notify the company immediately to reschedule, subject to availability.

Your driver will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time at no extra charge.

Exact Address Requirement
For pickups or drop-offs at an Airbnb, vacation rental, or private home, the exact address or property name as listed on Google Maps must be provided at the time of booking.
Baggage Policy
Each passenger is allowed three pieces of luggage and one carry-on bag.
Additional or oversized items, such as surfboards or bicycles, must be declared at the time of booking and may incur additional fees.
Child Passengers
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Car seats are available upon request for an additional fee. Passengers are encouraged to request car seats at the time of booking to ensure availability.
Pet Policy
Small pets are allowed on private transfers, provided they are secured in a carrier and declared at the time of booking.
Route and Stops
Private transfers offer flexible routes and can accommodate additional stops or detours upon request.
Additional stops must be requested in advance or directly with the driver and may incur extra charges depending on the distance and duration.
Conduct and Safety
Passengers must follow the driver’s instructions and wear seatbelts at all times.
Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
Liability
The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond its control.
The company is not liable for lost or damaged luggage or personal belongings.
Force Majeure
The company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by events outside its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
